Most people assume that there is simply residential, commercial and vacant land settlements.
But there are property settlements on “Related Parties”, “Deceased Estates”, “Strata’s” and the list goes on.
Some people don’t even realize but you can nominate or specify your own settlement agent.
Our job is to complete all the paperwork to transfer the ownership from the seller to the buyer, advise the local authorities and liase with the clients, real estate agents and the other settlement agent.

We hold a Certificate IV in Conveyancing and are a Fully Licensed Settlement Agent.
