I’m Sharon Davids. I’ve been in the settlement industry for 13 years now and licensed for 6 years.
I started in real estate as an assistant property manager at 17 and stumbled across conveyancing and started from the outside clerk to conveyancer and over the years now to licensed conveyancer.
Successful and simple property settlements are about careful co-ordination and due diligence. I pride myself on that but it’s really easy for me because my nature and character lends itself to that.
In this industry it takes good planning and execution and that is crucial to a successful settlement. That’s how our catch cry “Celebrate a Successful Settlement”.
I love the interaction we have with people in handling settlements, from Mums and Dads to investors, professionals and then to all the industry people behind the scenes” like the mortgage brokers, bankers and the like. We get to work with a lot of interesting people.
We specialise in residential, commercial, vacant land and subdivisions. We have handled and experienced in Real Estate Settlement Agent, Residential property, Vacant Land, Subdivisions, Related parties, Commercial Transactions, First Home Buyers, Deceased Estates, Stratas
We hold a Certificate IV in Conveyancing and are a Fully Licensed Settlement Agent.
We are registered with xxx # 59100 member of AIC.
